Occupational therapist and nurses will make appointments and then call at that time and ask if it's still ok for a visit.?

 Then ask you how about a half hour or fourty five mins👎 I have Been through this 3 times in 3days! APPOINTMENT! @ 3:00PM. What is the meaning of APPOINTMENT? THEN THEY LIE AND ACT SUPPRISED!😱
