YOU ARE THREATENED WITH DISCRAGE IF YOU DON'T PLAY THE WAITING GAME FROM. 9 AM TO 4 PM DAILY INCLUDING WEEKEND VISITS IF THEY DECIDE NOT TO KEEP OR MAKE THE APPOINTMENT'S. NASTY OFFICE STAFF! Occupational therapist and nurses will make appointments and then call at that time and ask if it's still ok for a visit.?

 Then ask you how about a half hour or fourty five mins👎 I have Been through this 3 times in 3days! APPOINTMENT! @ 3:00PM. What is the meaning of APPOINTMENT? THEN THEY LIE AND ACT SUPPRISED!😱
