Standard agency.  Marginal pay & inflexible hours/positions however my recruiter was AWESOME.  If only the "Market" Managers knew anything at all I would probably still be one of their nurses.  Atrocious, abhorrent lies and deceit from the two market managers around every turn buuut if you can avoid them and just work with your recruiter it's not half bad :-)
