This bank is honestly the WORST! Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL! If I could give a zero star rating I would. First, when I did bank with them they had put my account on hold for something to do with my parents' account. My account had no ties with my parents' in any way, shape, or form. And they wouldn't even give me my money until I closed my account or paid on my parents' account. Next, I had to go in yesterday to get my bank records when I did bank with them for my attorneys. It cost me almost $90 just to get my statements and THEN they charged my account twice and won't even refund it even though I showed my current bank statement showing they had charged my account twice. I DO NOT recommend banking at this bank ever. Don't even consider it. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank.

Went in for a 'bank' check, and Sharie was most helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service ---kudos!!!
