Wells Fargo Bank

Wells Fargo is already my least favorite bank because of their lack of customer service and satisfaction. But this last visit/interaction will be the reason I close my account. I've dealt with their bad service for the last time. If I could give negative stars I would. They need to do a whole lot better.

I'm not sure when the change happened, but after WF got into all of that trouble it seems as though they are making amends by having full conversations with customers regardless of the shortage of tellers or abundance of people in line. I waited 12 minutes last time I was in, and there was no line in front of me aside from 3 people working with 3 tellers. I had the privilege of listening to 3 conversations because after giving the receipts the tellers decided to engage.

I will admit...this branch is BUSY; I also first started coming here for the convenient location as I'm sure everyone else does as well. Now I come here because I am known by my first name. I received a hand written card by the employees when my pup had to be put down. I have never received anything like this from such a large company, or small for that matter. I truly felt like they cared about me. If you ask me most of the negative reviews on here are from customers who don't know how to utilize resources like the atm, mobile deposit, online bill paying or simply making an appointment if you have a need to sit with someone. I do have my favorite tellers and bankers here. In fact there is a specific teller I will NEVER go to because of how she speaks to me; patronizing. (black hair and very loud) However, I just let the next customer go and wait for the next teller. It is ignorant to give this branch a bad review when the COMPANY decided to not take rolled coin, or to charge a fee for check cashing. I believe there are other customers with the same experience as I; do not let angry people skew you from trying this branch

If I could give this negative 5 stars I would...My wife and I were told to come back after 6 months to see if she could refinance her car through Wells Fargo, due to not having enough of a credit history. We waited almost a year, never missed a payment, then applied, then waited 3 more days, just to find out she wasn’t approved. She makes much more then minimum wage and only needed $9000 on a 2015 vehicle...what a joke you guys are...She then applied the next day with USAA (my bank) and was approved in minutes. So we’ll be closing out her checking and savings account, and transferring the funds to USAA...since they are a bank that is actually willing to help a growing family...Unlike Wells Fargo that considers us just a statistical risk.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have always been in and out quickly.
