Wells Fargo Bank

This has been by far the best Wells Fargo experience, I was greeted at the door, then Kenneth took care of me. He greeted me with a hand shake, and all smiles! The whole team was super friendly and happy to help. Usually the other locations are friendly, but they just went above and beyond to spread smiles. Keep it up! :)

Let me first start by saying how much I ABSOLUTELY HATE WELLS FARGO ! That being said.... I stumbled into this branch recently and have been completely blown away by the level of service that I received from EVERY employee of the branch. Everyone from the manager who welcomes you at the door, to the tellers and cubical folks too, ALL AWESOME' !!! Soo much so that I'm ALMOST tempted to continue banking with em ! ALMOST.... But if you need a great branch of a crummy bank I suggest you give theese folks a try.

Wells Fargo stole my money!!! I have my main account with ENT Credit Union and wrote a check from that account to my Wells account on Tuesday. That day I was able to take a withdraw from the check and deposited the rest. Wednesday morning my card was declined, upon logging into my account I noticed that it was negative. I called Wells Fargo to try and correct the issue. The manager I was speaking to informed me that I didn't have funds available in my ENT account and that they will be holding my check until the 23rd of February. He then transferred me to an unhelpful "specialist" that told me ENT was holding the funds not Wells Fargo. I have more than enough money to cover the check that I had written and was fully confused. I took time out of my day and drove to ENT. They reviewed my account and said that there was nothing wrong, I could clearly cover the check and that on their end Wells Fargo hadn't even attempted to pull the funds. I then proceeded to drive to Wells Fargo where I sat with a banker for 40 minutes and was told that the error is with ENT and Wells Fargo won't release my funds. Ultimately, Wells Fargo won't release my own money and I am the victim of being caught in some weird bank error loop. Now, I have a bounced check on my history, my account is negative, and Wells Fargo cleared the check out of my ENT account!! I will never bank with Wells Fargo Again!!

The Branch Manager is an absolute joke. My chip card was not reading properly so I did not meet the requirements to wave the monthly maintenance fee. I simply went in to inquire about waving the fee because of the chip malfunction and was prompted that it was not possible because the previous month was waived according to her. Long story short, I called the 1-800 number on the back of the card and they told me the previous month was waived due to a policy change in which apparently the branch manager was oblivious to this policy. In conclusion I'd suggest not entering this particular location due to the sheer incompetence on display via the branch manager Christie in what could have been a simple remedy to a temporary problem. Also, I would like to thank Christina i.d. number u481974 for resolving the issue hastily as this problem could not be handled properly at this Wells Fargo location.
