Wells Fargo Bank

Friendly, welcoming and also very handsome staff. Might be my new favorite banking location... only wish it was closer to my work or home. They did not make anyone feel rushed even though it was 10 minutes until closing on a Friday night.

The teller was very nice and worked with us for our cash deposit. No issues and we were in line less than 5 mins.

The reason I'm angry there is no coin machines all Wells Fargo Banks. IT'S pissed me off.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since they were Norwest. This is the worst and least-responsive branch I've dealt with. No one ever answers the phone, and when I have to physically walk in to get a question answered, they are not helpful and lack customer service. I've started to go to other branches just to avoid this one. I'm even considering moving my accounts elsewhere because Wells Fargo as a whole has declined significantly over the past few years. Such a shame.

ATM was down, so I went inside to the teller, wasted my whole lunch standing line, when I got up to the teller they told that the whole system was down and they could only help me if I had my account number. So I jumped into phone and asked where my account number was listed, they played with my phone a minute before telling me to go over to a computer and look it up, problem is... there system is down so the computer doesn't work either. These guys are idiots with zero customer service. Just tell everyone in line so we don't have to wait for you to give us bullshit after we wasted our lunch.
