Great low-level employees. Corporate nightmare. Absolutely garbage in terms of fees.

Your bank tellers have keen sense of judgement for other's misfortune. Bank accounts go negative, especially when deposits are pending, I only ask to be treated like a person still. I know this is hard to ask from someone with a grade school education and a makeup bag worth of more important things to do. Please do your jobs better, it's not asking alot.

Great people. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Always have a smile. I dont dread going to the bank anymore.

Not helpful at all. Wells Fargo has some silly rules to extort more money from the little man. If no stars were an option, that is what they would get

The teller Acacia is a very sweet and professional person. However, her manager is not. Every time there is some small override necessary like a waiving of the $10 Certified check fee, her manager shakes her head no and says, "I'm not going to do that." I'm done here despite that I have done business here for years and the previous manager was great.
