Jeri is a one-of-a-kind find in your workout goals! Along with being an extraordinary Personal Trainer who keeps you motivated while kicking your bootie in 30 mins, she is a certified nutritionalist. Absorb all her advice and institute it into your daily routine and you will be in best shape of your life! Love working out on the Power Plate which has helped me with my RA in strengthen my wrist joints with the vibration. You will be challenged and see results quickly!

In 6 weeks, I was more flexible and even lost 5 pounds. Abs, hamstrings, hip flexor and neck. Cured frequent hamstring and calf muscle pulls running in softball games. Stretched out tight hip flexors which no longer cramp! I highly recommend this class. Jeri Bullock improved my quality of life!

If you want a perfect personalized workout from a top notch trainer then Jeri is for you! No matter whether it's weight loss, overall fitness, or toning, she's your girl. Even if you are someone like me who is on a tight schedule and not much motivation for working out ! There are one on one sessions and group sessions up to 6 people. But beware, even in the group sessions Jeri has a VERY close eye on your form and knows exactly what YOU personally need to work on (sometimes too much LOL). She truly has passion for what she does and is committed to not only giving you a great workout program but also your overall health and fitness (please drink your water :). She is the best trainer I have ever worked with and the results are actually extremely fast.

Amazing workout! Results driven with no fluff. "Get in and get it done" is her motto and that's what we do. Fast and effective. Jeri knows fitness, nutrition and how to make the two work for each persons goals.
Hands down the best workout in Charlotte.

This is the perfect workout for those short on time wanting more than just a weight loss benefit. I sit at my desk 8 + hours a day doing computer work and coaching calls, often losing track of time & not realizing how long I have been sitting. I have a herniation with free floating fragments so all the sitting is not good. I had to find something to help me build my core without injuring my back.
Enter the POWER PLATE and Fitness by Jeri. After learning about all the benefits of exercising on the power plate I decided to give it a try.
I make it a point to go three times a week - 30 minutes each time - and after only 3 weeks, my posture has improved, I can tell I am getting stronger, my energy level has increased, and my stress level has decreased.
I love that the class size is small & how much personal attention Jeri gives each client in the room. If you are looking for an effective, quick approach to your fitness & overall health, definitely give Fitness by Jeri a try.
