Velocity Sports Performance

The facility here is great and has a lot of equipment to use to help enhance your workout. There is a mini football field that's about 35 yards, there is a track, treadmill, basketball goals, and many other attributes in this facility. The trainers here are great and really want you to succeed and help you improve all the way through. They will also push you a lot so be ready for a potentially rough workout. The facility has WiFi and has a lobby area with TVs. The package to work out here can be expensive but it'll be worth it if you want to improve your performance.

I have been going to Velocity the past 2 years around Feb-March. The workouts are intense and I have not been able to match the inensity working out on my own or anywhere else. I recommend this place and their trainers to anyone looking for serious conditioning.
