Excellent place. I have started and stopped a half dozen workout routines over the years, but this is the first one that has stuck. The trainers are helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable and the facility itself is well outfitted with quality equipment and is clean and inviting. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for focused individual training in a fun and supportive environment, this is the place. What I love most about Shape Up Fitness is how all of the customers support each other. We all have our individual workouts and we all admire, support and drive each other to be better. Thank you for creating such a great environment!

My experience here was incredibly empowering. Everyone was encouraging, I never felt judged, and my amazing, kind trainer always helped me make progress while still moving at a pace I was comfortable with. I highly recommend giving this place a try when you need support in achieving your fitness goals!

First things first, Shape Up has great people, both trainers and clients. The first time you enter the building you can immediately tell the atmosphere is relaxed and fun, yet you can definitely tell the trainers are focused on helping their clients get results. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Jonathan. After working with him, I saw a huge difference in my level of fitness. If you have any doubt on whether or not Shape Up is for you, trust me, it's worth it!

These trainers are superb. Have been a steady client for 3+ yrs now. Fun, knowledgeable and productive workouts. plus RESULTS!
