I love the Original Workout! My trainer is Angela and she is amazing. She really relates to you and treats you like you're family. I couldn't make it through if it wasn't for her! Everyone else at the OW is great as well. There is always the perfect atmosphere and everyone is dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible you. I love OW!

Rob Goodwin and Original Workout have been pivotal in my regaining control of my body and my health. The workouts are tailored to what you need. All of the trainer's and staff have been very welcoming and friendly. There is no status here. Everyone comes to workout, get healthy, then go home. Best place I have ever without at. I highly recommend starting your journey here.

Finding a place to better yourself without being judged is hard to find nowadays. Original Workout provides a welcoming, judgement-free environment filled with encouragement and professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone trying to improve their overall well-being.
