Fitworks - West Chester

Great gym. Plenty of equipment and kept clean. Staff is always friendly. Lots of equipment and the mornings were never crowded for me.

Been working out with trainer Jack for about a year. Very impressive to see results from everyone training with him.

I've been a member for 2-3 years now....and it seems like things had slowly begun to break down...I had a heck of a time cancelling my personal training...costing me a few hundred bucks...the machines had begun to deteriorate, the tv screens were beginning to malfunction...and the turnover in staff made it difficult to find out who to talk to when things weren't working...I'm not sure of new management has taken over, but the machines have been fixed, tv's work (for the most part) and there's a consistent handful of staff members. I'd say a few months ago, don't join...I say now, it's as good as any other gym around

Equipment is good. The extended portion of the gym is really nice for sprinting. Staff is always polite. Good gym, switched from LA to this one and haven't looked back.
