Decent selection of weights and equipment. For GEAE employees and family, it's difficult to beat the value. While you might look elsewhere for high-performance work, this is a great gym for general fitness, provided you qualify for membership.

Great facility. They keep the gear updated and have quite a variety. Love the pool.

Staff are great! Old gym built many years ago. Well maintained and cared for. Cardio equipment is newer (treadmills, bikes, stair steppers, rowing machines) but weight machines and free weights are older. For $15 a month, GE employees and family members can join. It has a 25 yard? multi lane indoor pool, indoor track, outdoor track too.

A great place to exercise, inside the gym and outside track / grass area for group activities.
