I have been attending classes at Flow Pilates for over 2 ½ years and have always left the studio feeling stronger, refreshed and more balanced in my body.
I have been impressed by the fact that no two classes are alike. Heather and Kelsey have an incredible ability to make each class challenging, interesting and unique while still attending to the individual needs of the participants in the class. Feedback is given in a respectful and insightful manner.
Heather is a gifted teacher and teaches with great knowledge, humour and intuition.
I highly recommend Heather Pugh and Flow Pilates.

I have been enjoying Flow Pilates for eleven years. You will experience a professional, caring and friendly studio which specializes in personal attention. Heather and her staff teach with humour and compassion with a common philosophy for wellness and attention to detail.The studio specializes in rehab programs designed to strengthen ; to correct posture and pelvic floor work. This team will help you reach personal goals and lift your spirit. Heather and staff are constantly upgrading their skills and expanding their equipment options. I highly recommend Flow Pilates. Kelsey and Diana have a great variety of personal training methods as well as well as a varied background in high level sports which add variety and options. I give this studio a five star rating. I chose Flow Pilates because of a chance encounter with someone who highly recommended Heather Pugh. I was a novice, having never taken Pilates, and started by having private lessons with Kelsey. Her instruction was invaluable in terms of breathing techniques, the use of the reformer machines and suggestions of how to incorporate what I learned into my daily routine.
When I was ready to join a small class led by Heather, I found the pace, the exercises, the rapport with her and other classmates stimulating and convivial. I was impressed with the mindful way Heather adjusted exercises to individual needs and gave explanations concerning their physiology and purpose.
I have been taking weekly classes at Flow Pilates for a year. My physical well being has improved. I like Heather's energetic and inclusive teaching style. On a few occasions, substitute instructors were also good. I would highly recommend Flow Pilates.

Doing Pilates twice per week has made a tremendous difference to my body strength and shape. Heather and Kelsey have been my instructors for about five years now, Heather first, then joined later by Kelsey, both wonderful. I like the atmosphere, and the individual attention and guidance. I consider these two hours each week to be my morning happy hours!!!

Following a friend and instructor's recommendation, I've been seeing Heather since Oct/Nov 2017 to try pilates in a studio setting as a variation to mat-based pilates. Heather was able to help identify root causes to issues I've been having (e.g. sciatica, muscle engagement issues and imbalances, breathing). This is above and beyond what my previous pilates experience and physiotherapy has been able to help with and I'm so grateful for her genuine and sincere desire to help with my mobility. Thank you Heather! and congratulations on your new space!
