SOL Barre Pilates & Yoga

waste of money. Owner who is also the only instructor drank coffee and was on her phone during our 'class' and left me on some crazy machine had not clue what i was doing and followed other people. had a sore neck for 3 days. i walked 20 minutes in the cold to find this place , terrible signage, terrible experience. was a big waste of my time and money. says there is yoga and barre but this place offers neither. terrible. just terrible.

Love these classes. The instructors are amazing and really guide you through exercises with great cues for maximum benefit.

I'm just wondering where is this location, I live in Cornell Markham and tried to find this yoga/pilates studio but couldn't find it, is it still open in cornell or has it moved to a different location?

SOL offers BARRE, Pilates, Yoga and Prenatal classes. Classes vary from all levels to more intense. They also have Pilates Equipment including the Reformer and use these classes and private training to work on getting you to your best posture, where your workouts will have an even better impact.
