This is by far the best Pilatez studio in Barrie.  I have tried numerous locations in the Barrie area but would not go anywhere else now that I have taken classes with Heather.  My fitness level has increased with Heather's gentle guidance and support.  When I leave class I can't wait to go back.

I have been a member of this Pilatez studio for many years.  Heather conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and is certainly an expert at what she does.  It is without hesitation that I recommend this studio for all of your fitness needs.

Love my Pilates classes. I always get a great workout and Heather is an amazing instructor. She knows how to tailor an exercise if have an injury.

Heather is very knowledgeable in the exercise field and is able to transfer that knowledge to the Pilates environment and adapt it to the different skill levels in the class.
