Foods of New York Tours

I couldn't have actually imagined what a delight Food Tours of NY would be. Bert was an amazing guide, full of knowledge and the kind of foodie personality that you want showing you the most delicious tidbits of the Village. The other people on the tour were so kind and up for anything, and the food... was incredible. I'm a New Yorker, so the streets were familiar to me already, but this tour gave them a new dimension, and gave me lots of small eateries to return to and recommend. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon!

Chelsea Market and the High Line. Did this tour in November and the market was very festive. Tour started early, 10AM, as this site became extremely crowded by 1PM. Our guide was fantastic, very funny and knowledgeable of the site and surrounding area. We were able to explore this fabulous building and sample foods I would have never ordered but were delicious. Lots of interesting people from other states and countries. Definitely a nice tour.

Jackie was very knowledgeable and entertaining through out our tour. I felt I learned a great deal about the Chelsea Market Place and the history of the area. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends who make the trip to NYC.

My son's 15th birthday was the day of our food tour and he was hesitant to spend his special day doing the Greenwich Village Tour, but as it turned it out, it was a highlight of his trip! What a fantastic experience for all ages. The food was phenomenal and the historical information and tour of the neighborhood was fascinating as well. Bert has to the be top tour guide of the company - he was funny, informative, and had a great rapport with the places we visited. Request Bert! The only advice I would give is take this tour at the beginning of your visit so you can go back and eat at these places several times!

Has a great time on the Original Greenwich Village tour. Doron put together a great experience with lots of insight and humour. The food at every stop was outstanding. Would recommend this tour to anyone spending time in NYC.
