I took my bike here to be assembled and paid $80. When I took my bike out to swamp rabbit to ride for the 1st time since it was assembled within about 3 minutes my right pedal fell off. Luckily there was a different bike shop close by who was able to put my pedal back on. They checked my other pedal as well and told me whoever assembled my bike did not tighten the pedals at all and my front brake was rubbing on the wheel. They adjusted the brake for me and both of my pedals thank God. Amber at FreeHub Bicycles contacted me immediately after hearing about my issue. She was very genuine and concerned about the issue I had. Amber resolved my issue by reimbursing me for my expense due to the assembly issue. I am very happy with how my issue was handled and taken care of, due to the great customer service experience I had in dealing with Amber, I will likely go back and use their bike services again. Thank you!

Some of the best customer service I have ever received at a bike shop. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, plus they have a really nice demo saddle program.

Great shop! I only went in to acquire some info but ended up staying for a while and talking. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Will be back
