First off, I love my electric bike! John worked so hard to make sure that I got the exact bike that I was looking for. I live in Asheville, about an hour from his store and he made the drive to deliver my bike and make sure all was good. I had an issue with the motor and John was responsive and very helpful.

Outstanding store! If you are thinking of buying an electric bike or if you want to find out more about bIkes, please visit. I just bought a new bike and I'm thrilled. John helped me find the best bike for me, gave me a great deal on the bike, and enthusiastically answered all of my questions before I bought the bike and afterwards. John is passionate about teaching people about the joy as well as the health benefits of riding an electric bike.  Now at age 60 I can climb a steep hill on a bike and smile all the way to the top - even as I get a great workout. I feel ten years old again!
