Trek Bicycle Store Greenville

Great team at this store. I've been buying from this store for over 20 years and have had a lot of different bikes serviced here over the year. Couple of recent stories I can tell you about them. I took my Pivot Trail 429 in for a look at a problem with my Fox Transfer dropper post. Jared worked with Pivot and Fox to figure out the problem and get a new dropper post ordered (basically I messed up the dropper post myself!). Keep in mind that I did not purchase this bike from Trek or this store and yet Jared took the time to go through all of this logistics and repair work to help me out. Nice work and much appreciated. Fast forward 11 months. I took my bike in for an annual service and rebuild on shocks, brakes, etc. While this is not an inexpensive level of work it is something that just needs to be done on a high end bike if you ride a lot. Because of my past experience I totally trusted them to do the work. Jared took care of everything very professionally and explained all of the necessary work in great detail. I am a very happy customer and will continue to work with the team at Trek Greenville.

Came in looking for advice, as my brakes on my 29"er were on the fritz (Mountain Bike). After listening to my issue, Josh went out of his way to fix my minor issue! He explained in layman's terms the new tech out there and was a great dude. They've earned my business by just being great guys/gals! Thanks Josh!

The staff were all incredibly helpful and seem like they love bikes. They quickly answered questions I had and were able to help me get setup in order to ride my bike I purchased from them. I'll definitely be back in the store and I'm already trying to scope out the next bike(s) I want to upgrade to.
