Trek Bicycle Store Spartanburg

The people make the difference. All the guys at Trek Spartanburg are competent, helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone for a great experience in customer service. Whether you are looking to upgrade your bike, need maintenance or purchase parts or accessories, this is the place. First-rate!

I don't normally do reviews, but in this case I have to. My experience with Trek of Spartanburg was second to none. All the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. They try to get you the best deals possible and truly care about getting you what's best for you and not just trying to sell you on the most expensive bike. Very happy and blessed with my experience with Trek of Spartanburg.

Quite possibly the best experience I have ever had in any store. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm a noob looking to get back into a sport that I loved in my childhood. I plan on doing business with them for many years to come and today was just my first time In the shop. All I bought was a tire tube and they treated me like I was purchasing a $3000 bike. Awesome, just awesome.

I had been looking for a nice casual mountain bike capable of handling some more difficult trails but also just a nice ride around the streets. Went with the marlin 5 and the guys at the Spartanburg location were very helpful and knowledgeable on everything. I also visited the geeenville SC location before this one and the guy seemed like he didn’t want to help unless I was going for the $1800 bike he kept suggesting. Spartanburg location is the way to go !

Excellent customer service & support. Special ordered a bike and it arrived in only 2 days ! Fast ! Thanks to John and Bradley and all the staff were super nice and helpful. If you want excellent product and service you can’t go wrong here ! John went above and beyond expectations.
