Nice store, ok selection, but much more is available online obviously. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not too packed on a Saturday, so that was nice. I love their backpacks and gear. They also have active wear and swimwear that is very functional and sporty.

Truly incredible. Always blown away by the positive energy and service this store offers. Every single time. Kat in the bike shop was incredibly helpful and patient with my many questions. Totally recommend there bike services. Great value.

I really enjoy the people here. Next to Trader Joe's, this is my favorite place to shop. Mostly, I wanted to take the time to brag on the bike shop. I have been taking my bike(s) for several years and the reason I do so is because they treat you with respect and they keep it fun. Sometimes bike shops are known for being elitist and standoffish, and that's absolutely not the case with the REI staff. Also, as a women, I've come to really appreciate businesses that value women customers. We don't need special treatment, but so often we have to purchase things that are designed for men, and not women. REI is very progressive in this area. The people at the bike shop are so down-to-earth and I've never felt over-charged for services/parts. They take of me well, and also make me smile and laugh when I'm there! If only they served coffee there we'd be set. Kat goes out of her way to be helpful (I believe she's the lead mechanic there)

The unexpected highlight for me was the community events and outings section. There were all sorts of clubs and groups sponsoring any number of outdoor activities suitable for all ages and even families. If you're bored it's a great place to find some ideas on how to get outside and do something fun.

I have not picked my Cannondale up yet but Kat has been super helpful in the timing of expected arrival from the warehouse and she seems like a very cool chick! I’m glad to have someone with personality dealing with me. Her attitude towards customers shows she likes her job and that customer satisfaction is her top priority. If only all employees were like that!
