They always have what I need when I need it. Only thing I think they could do to make it better and would be a homerun for them is to be open for a few hours on Sunday's, such as 12-4 or 1-5. Musicians in the whole Roanoke valley have no place to go for a set of strings, picks, or any accessory that you might need last minute or in an emergency situation on Sundays. Or, people like myself that are only off on Sunday's would have a place to go to try out new instruments and amps they are thinking about purchasing but want a hands on experience to make that decision to buy. Great job guys. 😎

Great location in downtown Roanoke with a huge selection of musical instruments. We purchased a quality ukelele at a reasonable price. Friendly service and staff as well as very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommended for music lovers in the Roanoke area.

Don't waste your time. We walked in...3 people there working...no one greeted us...asked if we needed help. We looked for a few minutes and just left...figured I didnt want to give them my money if they could acknowledge us nor offer assistance.

People at Fret Mill suck. They bloked from Facebook just because I asked a question. I took my business to another Music Store. It is a little bit to far for me but, it is worth it. I would never recommend to no one to go to Fret Mill Music.
