Ms. Meyer - just want to thank you for many things. Of course, the care you take with the "heads" of my family. But more than that - one of your patrons mentioned your passionate defense of our school and in particular, the principal. Although I have little luxury of judging others, even when they may be intensely critical, and cannot let that interfere at any time with the focus of our school - the children and young adults - it is heartening to know that supporters such as yourself are unafraid to speak in the positive when warranted. I have a terrific job - I simply sell hope each day to those with hope to pursue - in that pursuit there are always going to be detractors, and generally they provide a tension that can only make us all better. I welcome critique as I must be open to an exchange of ideas when assuming the care taking of their most precious association - their sons and daughters. And I will always welcome any suggestions or ideas to help us improve. In any event, I just want to say thanks from my staff who do the real work each day of assisting all to realize potential. Your willingness to stand by them and trust that they labor only for the very best of reasons, is amazing and unfortunately rare. If I can ever return the favor - know I am here. Your courage to speak - it is what we hope for our students. Thanks for being that kind of person.

Theresa Kenyon, we are very sorry you feel this way about your service, the stylist you had was a very talented stylist with an established clientele and has many years of professional experience. A large part of the reason your haircut took 20 minutes instead of our normal allowed time is because you turned down getting it shampooed and styled during your service. We have tried contacting you by phone after seeing your disappointing review to discuss you displeasure and to try to see what we could do to make it right but have been unable to contact you. Again, we are very sorry to hear you are disappointed in your service.
