Cherry the usually front desk lady wasn't there so the service wasn't great. They had a good choice in music playing though. Cherry gives perfect service so take this review with a grain of salt

Brought sew in hair here and it was very ragged on both side would not take it back or exchange it after me having it less than 30 mins needs new management green haired chic very sassy I spend over 200 a month on my niece in this store will go some where else but they tell u that if u dont love it return it on every thing but I just come back do to the quality of the product and still purchased an additional bag of hair hoping it hides the nappy hair I got stuck with and they tape all of there bags I showed her she didn't give a damn and ill be writing their regional .... You dont sale someone any thing unusable

The staff is not only different every time I go here (must be the highest turn over rate I've ever noticed) but never has there been an employee that new shampoo from nail polish. Not only that but they've all been rude to boot.

Had the same rude associate for all three of my visits in a week and a half. The young man that helped me...and her....was a gem though! Can't go without my Sally regardless, so guess I will have to accept the tude;)
