Had an absolutely terrible experience with management and a staff member when I tried to return something the day after buying and after losing my receipt. They treated me like a thief and made me feel awful. Absolutely will never come back here or order online from them again and will advise others to do the same.

Love the staff. Went from shopping there to becoming a salon regular. Downloading the Ulta app makes it easier to shop the specials when you get in.

Always have a great experience! I have been coming to get my eye brows waxed for over a year! Lydia is quite possibly an angel with how she can transform my brows, I get so many compliments! Highly highly recommend her!

I placed an online order this morning of more than 50.00 and right after I finished placing my order I received an email stating you get a free mystery gift if you purchase 50.00 or more on line. So I called customer service to see if they would add this to my order and they said sorry you have to do it at the time of the order! Really??!! I said I received the email AFTER I placed the order, she said there is nothing I can do! Wow!!!

Overly priced make-up store. They prey on older ladies that are afraid to look their age. The customer service is not what you think it should be. If you tell them your on a budget they get ugly looks on their faces and walk away. Worst experience ever 👹
