So my first experience was not the best here but they reached out and offered to redo my nails. I rescheduled and had them done again and they turned out great! My bf also had a massage here and loved it. Thank you for the awesome customer service. Will be back!

Went to my appointment for a massage only to find out that they let a regular just walk in and take it. Then they actually said I should come back another time. Even tried bribing me with a gift card because they clearly knew it was messed up. I had to find a baby sitter to watch my kids so I could get some me time and these ladies thought it was better to treat their walk in regular with the customer service I deserved. I'm so upset iim in tears. The one time I wanted to do something for myself. Single mom who works super hard in accounting gets off at 7pm tries to take an hour for herself and I end up more stressed than ever.

Needed a last minute haircut and they were able to squeeze me in! Veronica was great and did a fantastic job! We have also had to use a few times last minute when our daughter has gotten a hold of scissors and decided she was a trained stylist both times they were able to get us in within an hour of us calling and they were able to fix her hair using some neat tricks without having to cut an extreme amount off! Highly recommend Alyssa and Veronica!

I will be back. I was impressed with the skill of the hairdresser Vanessa. She was friendly and fun to visit with.
