I am in awe of how terrible of an experience I had at your store. I was just in buying a hair brush and straigtner. Not only did I need to pull the clerk away from what appeared to be her friends, but the straightener I purchased was advertised to come with a free blow dryer. The clerk went over to find the blow dryer and saw that you were out of the specific one that came with this straightener. The shelf was full of other blow dryers that were also part of your specials. I asked if she could substitute another blow dryer since you were out. She automatically said no and proceeded to take your special sign down right in front of me as if I had never seen the sign. I left appalled at the customer service. I will never be back again.

Absolutely great the lady working was very well knowledgeable and help me find everything I needed and explained how to use the products

Very helpful clerk. Polite and friendly. I just wish their stores were a little bigger. Seems like your always dancing around other customers. But, somehow, they seem to pack every product I love into these tiny stores, and keep them very neat too.
