I took an Xbox 360 in for repair and was initially very pleased with the service. The owner had the console fixed within the quoted time and was very accommodating and friendly. However, the console experienced the same red ring error about 3 weeks later (within the 30 day warranty period). I have tried to contact this owner multiple times by email and also from different phone numbers explaining the problem and fully expected the situation to be corrected since a "warranty" is provided. Several weeks have passed and frankly, no excuse can explain why he has not been willing to return a phone call or an email. I am extremely disappointed that the owner was not even able to be a decent business owner and contact a customer back with their concerns. Will not use this business again or refer to others.

Had an is sue with a foreign object shoved in my PS3 drive via my 2 year old. After calling, the owner was in the midst of scheduling an appointment for me when he suggested a few minor resets that ended up fixing the issue, allowing me to utilize my PS3 to it's fullest potential again, and saving me several dollars and a ton of stress.

Everything was fine until my PS3 died again exactly 31 days after I got it back.
I emailed once and called and never got a reply to see if there was anything that can be done, after all, $80 to fix a PS3 is already pretty steep. Also, I never received the receipt that was supposed to help me prove that Game Dynamics fixed it in the first place so that they could repair it again.
Funny how there is a month guarantee and my PS3 died the day after, and per the guy that fixed it "there's nothing I can do after that".

I had a great experience with Game Dynamics and would highly recommend it. The owner was highly accommodating and allowed me to drop off my xbox to be repaired despite the store being closed. He was also very quick in getting it fixed. I had my xbox back in less then 24 hrs.

Great experience! brought my 360 in with red light error Nick fixed it in less than 30 minuets for 50 bucks! while I was there I had him look at my daughters galaxy tablet the screen kept going on and off he opened it up and said a cable or something was loose, fixed it NO CHARGE!! DUDE IS AWESOME!!
THANKS !! if something else breaks I will definitely call them again!!
