I was ignored while waiting to make a purchase. Instead of ringing up my purchase they tended to some one who just walked in and then rang them up ahead of me. Apparently their quality services are offered to people they know over customers with cash in hand. So I suggest not buying here and instead saving some cash and buy online. They may have wasted my time, but I won't and didn't waste my money in this store.

Laziness. Just pure laziness at this location. Drive 8 minutes more down 70 and go to crab tree location where they actually like to help.

My boys NEED the membership. Pays off and they can trade to hearts content. Preordering games makes my boys super happy. Great staff.
