GameStop Prestige

I’ve bought multiple games from here. It’s convenient for the distance from post, and the prices weren’t bad until today. I bought two used motion controllers for my VR from here, brought them home, used it one day and bam. They wouldn’t charge or turn back on. I was told without the bag they came in I couldn’t be refunded the 73$ I paid total for these two remotes. I had to run up to the store three times in one day, because I asked question about the system itself and specifically a bundle with everything for the VR and was told I was wrong and that I’d have to pay for them separately.

Garbage. Just bought a Kinect sensor used, I get that thing is not going to be in tip top shape. This sensor looked like somebody blew snot all over it and then threw it in the box with some amount of force because the neck was also broken. This is completely unacceptable.

Decent staff good prices just one employee in perticular was very rude and knew too much about the games and tryed to force me to get a diffirent game. Went here for years
