At first we really enjoyed coming here because they were the only place around that sold older games. But as we continued to come back, our experiences just seemed to get worse. The games are rather overpriced... I could buy the same game for significantly cheaper online. The employees never really spoke to us the entire time we were there. Their selection of games is generally not great. Almost their entire PlayStation 3 section is Madden and other sports games. Even most of the games they have for older systems are not too good. They have before given us the wrong game, when we told them about it, they just blew us off. They have also sold us a defective cartridge. Generally I would not recommend this place, if you want to buy older games just buy them online.

I had shopped at the store in Cary, so I figured that I'd try this location to see what games or retro items they may have that I'd like to purchase. When I walked in, there were a group of guys playing video games. Couldn't tell if they worked there or if they were hanging out, but I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. As I made my way to the front counter, I could hear immature taunting and profanity coming from the guys at the front door playing games. No big deal, just comes with the territory of gamers. I browsed through the games they had in the show cases and they were "rare" over priced games. Some were in terrible condition and they were trying to charge $80 for a PSOne Game. I wanted to see if they had any retro systems....they did but they were all dirty and also, overpriced. I walked around and got more annoyed with the childish comments coming from the front, but the final moment was when one of the guys in the front told the employee I was talking to that he should stop being antisocial and join them at the front. As a former GameStop employee and manager, whoever said that they were more friendly than your "neighborhood GameStop" is a paid reviewer. Won't waste my time going there again.

Support your local Video Game stores before they disappear forever. Helped me test out a dozen Gameboy games before I chose which ones I wanted to buy. Great place to shop.

I've only been here once. The guys seemed nice, but prices on some of the game were pretty wild. And if you purchase a defective game they don't give your money back. They only give store credit even if you make a return within​ the 30 day window they give you. I don't like that because if there's a specific item that you want and if it happens to not work now you're forced to buy something else if they can fix the defective item.
