GameStop

Best GameStop I've ever been to. Larger selection than usual, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to force things on you like other GameStops and try to accommodate the customer to give them a positive experience. This is how other GameStops should be. But that being said, it is still GameStop so the sleazy things from the corporate still seep in. But this place did a great job at diminishing it.

Went there at 12am for call of duty drop. Was mad fun with some raffles and prizes. I had a blast people who work there are pretty cool

Great customer service the workers there are really knowledgeable on what's coming out and what system would best suit the person shopping.

Brick-and-mortar struggling to remain a viable business strategy. Positive: went to a midnight release at like 8 pm, so that was cool. Nice staff.

Doesn't even deserve one star! Very rude and unhelpful staff. Will leave you on hold, return to the phone, continuously forget they placed you on hold. Repeating before you realize you've been on the phone for 20 minutes and get an attitude when you tell them. The manager john uses his employment status as an excuse to speak to customers however he pleases.
