Game X Change

Today was my first time at Games Exchange and it was a great experience. Taylor was super helpful and nice. They price-matched an online GameStop ad and got us a great deal on the DVDs and games we brought in to trade. I'll definitely be doing business there again.

I love this place honestly, and its conveniently placed next to a pizza store. staff are very friendly, the place is clean and neat. Someone named Bailey commented how he bought 60$ worth of gameboy games, and only got 7$ back because he was under 17. I understand that comment was made 2 years ago but I'm only 13 and I bought a game, I didn't like it, and I returned it a couple days later, and they gave me full price back. Then again, that comment was probably a scam, because 1 gameboy game is about 67 cents.

Good Game X Change... Not cheap, but not expensive. Reasonable prices... Well organized and clean... Friendly staff...

This place is good, if you want games from the 90s and early 2000s, for a used iPod(6th gen) with no accessories would set you back about 160, at the time of this post, Walmart and Target is selling the same, new for 175

Changed policies so you can only trade in TEN dvds a day... Literally not even worth the gas. The guy wouldn't even let me do 10 and my friend do their own 10. Said it was "by group." Never going here again. Horrible customer service and nothing anywhere tells you about their policy change until you're there talking to them. Awful awful awful. Also tried to pay me less for my PS4 than their own sign in their store stated. Had to point it out to get my full trades worth! Seriously - don't go here.
