Kaite who works here is one of the worst human beings I have ever had the sad pleasure of knowing. I live in manalapan and she used to work there. Thank god she left however she is now here. I suffer from anxiety and she makes me anxious and not wanting me to be in her presence. I had times were I had wanted to come into the store and she was working so I just kept walking because she makes me feel very anxious and uncomfortable. With her very demeaning and bad customer service skills. I witnessed her at the manalapan store tear into a customer because he was asking to many questions and she was very confrontational. The issue was about a devil may cry hd collection and the whole experience was very unnerving. It made me never want to come into contact with her again. She should also adhere to a dress code because her cleavage is always hanging out of her shirt. Which makes it rather uncomfortable because its a little difficult to not be rude to her while speaking to her by wandering eyes. She needs to be fired and I hope the proper action is taken.

Bought a game 3 days ago for $59.99 the next day went on sale to $39.99. Today went to the store to see if I can get issued a store credit for the difference. Joel informed me because I opened the game he can not price adjust it, if it was wrapped it would be no problem. According to him that is the corporate policy but I know for a fact they have adjusted games previously for me. I have been shopping her for 15+ years and after this incident I will not be back.
