I don't know when they cleaned this Store the last time, but it was the most filhy place I've ever been to. Only two examples and the whole Store floor looks like that.

I was travelling to Ottawa got all my family gifts from here. Cheaper price comparing with same store in Canada in addition to 70% off on most of the items. I spent 280$ for gifts for 3 kids and 1 adult including winter and summer clothes the materials r perfect.

Please fix the lighting in your store and specifically your changing room. Bit dirty

Good prices. Very small space. I was kept waiting in line while staff ignored me. When I managed retail I knew how to upsell to customers until they were ready to leave, then get them out in a timely manner. NOT HERE.

Good place to browse, their inventory can be hit or miss because a lot of the stuff that hits the factory store has something weird about the way the garment was cut or measured. Still, you can find a good bargain, and nice stuff sometimes! It's smaller than you might expect inside. I find there is often a long wait for a dressing room.

Horrendous customer service. I am from a war torn 3rd world country and I felt like I was being harassed again by the morality police. Thanks for triggering my PTSD. I didn’t even know retail customer service could be this bad.

This is a great place shop at and they have a big selection of clothing although I do think the clothing is overpriced for what the quality really is. The staff here is very nice and will help you with any questions you may have about trends or styles or even just recommendations on size. Great location to shop.

Love it miss Teresa and rest of staff quite helpful and friendly. Nice selection in things to buy and wonderful location I can catch train there and just one block up from station.

I got everything on my list here for my nieces and nephews. The prices were good & the quality of the clothes is great!! Worth it!!

Felt harrassed by store clerk. I walked into this store and was approached by an African American store clerk who asked if I needed help. I said no. 10 minutes into my shopping I then had a question and asked her. I received a cussing about not taking help earlier. Disgraceful. Hi Gap, some people would like to shop in peace and ask a question when they actually have one.
