Marilyn was awful an had us waiting 2 hr or more b4 telling us to go online! THen an 1 1/2 later when Skip tried to help! However my mom's phone still isn't working nor us it on the network!!! So now we have to go back in tomorrow!?! Plz God hopefully it won't take as long as the 3 1/2 hours of yesterday?!?!
I came into the store to close my internet account on 05/31/2022. Turned the modem in and paid the prorated amount for the billing cycle military. Shelby B. was the Salesperson who assisted me. The transaction ID was 8560370. She didn’t correctly annotate the proration reason on the account. Now I just received a text from GCI saying I had a bill not paid 2 weeks after the account was closed. Called customer support in the Philippines, they can’t figure it out 30 minutes on the phone and now I have to pay the other balance for $118. Terrible customer service in-store and on the phone.
This GCI has the worst customer service there inconsiderate unkind and rude they give GCI a bad name and I love GCI
Went here with my wife, she got a new phone very helpful friendly service. We came at the right time because when we were leaving it got very busy,lots of people on waiting list

Great service at this location with very friendly staff. My needs were met in matter of minutes, and i was able to leave the store with new services in under 25 min. You can really tell that the staff works hard to help every customer. I've never had any problems with anything other than phone service. I did have to switch over to AT&T. They were a more convinient choice for traveling out of state and they have unlimited data plans. Besides that, I'm content and happy with their internet, cable, and billing services :
Less reliable than the other options but faster. Make sure you have your auto pay properly set up as they will send your last 34 dollar bill to collections without a phone call or email despite the person on the other side of the counter assuring me it's all payed up. 3/10 will not use GCI again.
have been a customer for over five years and EVERYTHING has always been great. Always great internet, cable and phone service. Never any downtimes or legal issues. The one time I was grandfathered into a plan and the new plan was better, I was credited everything and basically paid zero dollars for two months
The customer service representative Erik at this location had not one care in the world about the services that GCI provides to their customers! My husband and I went in asking questions about internet service and cable, the young man pointed at sheet of paper on the counter and said that is the cable right there, then turned the computer monitor around and said these are the internet plans which would you like. We asked would you suggest the unlimited plan if your child does a lot of downloading of video games, and he said I would just get the unlimited and then see how much internet is used then change the plan if I see fit to do so. My husband went ahead and got both services separately, however I'm almost certain that there would be a package deal with the two combined! Erik then just put everything in a bag and sent us on our way never asking if we needed assistance with connection or anything! I feel that an appointment should have been given for a service technician to come and install but Erik didn't set that up either! Now that we are home with everything trying to connect it all we call the service department and find out that the internet box is not currently active nor is the cable box! Now we have to wait three days for a technician to come out and connect all of it! Thanks for nothing Erik!
If I could give half a star I would. I had the worst cable experience in less than a week. First cable box wouldn't even turn on, so I had to go back the next day and get a new one. Got the new one but my remote wouldn't turn on the new box. Went back that day to get a new remote. Then the next day the cable box said it was formatting the hard drive for over 3 hours straight. So I went back and canceled my cable all together.
