Best Verizon store in Anchorage. Associates are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Jordan and Ken are amazing and go above and beyond! Two other associates were super helpful as well, didn't catch their names, they all stayed after hours to insure that we were taken care of. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service!

Went here on Black Friday to see into getting a new phone for my wife with no expectations. Well what can I say Zack provided us with the best customer service and we both couldn’t of been happier. This man is the truth and I can’t say enough about how hard this dude worked to get us the best deal. Zack helped us fight Biden and the democrats inflation problem and we thank you for it Zack. Thank you for helping make Verizon Great Again .

Stay away from Hunter. Ruined my Christmas eve. He was very rude. Very pushy. Made me feel stupid with all his technical terms. I just wanted to get my son a phone for Christmas. Considering taking my business elsewhere.

Crooks!! We got a month to month phone for my job last summer, It was in use for not quite 2 months, and I had it turned off. It's been 6 months of phone calls and letters and still am getting billed, with no return calls, or responses. AND they've now turned it into collections. My credit is impeccable, and my friend and family base is even better, will make sure everyone knows my experience!!

I cannot express enough how excellent the service was that Ken, the General Manager, provided at this location. He was very professional and assisted us with adding a new phone line, as well as other account services, in a timely manner. Ken definitely went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

I tried calling to talk to someone at the store but that wasn't an option. I had to go through their national customer service system. I was on hold for over 10 min before I hung up and called the local AT&T. AT&T let me talk to a super helpful person at my local store. Since I was shopping for a new phone service it looks like it won't be at Verizon. Very off putting service.

We don’t always come into the Tikahtnu Verizon but every time we do, we always have an amazing experience. Clayton helped us out today and was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional! We got everything we needed taken care quick and easy! Initially we did not plan on buying accessories at that time but Clayton and Ken as well, persuaded us purchasing with discounts included and we have no regrets.

Ken and Bryan were incredibly helpful, above and beyond their jobs. Our bill was lowered, we got the new devices we wanted/needed, and are extremely satisfied with everything tonight. They even put on a show for our son to watch while there!!
