The salon is very professional, I've been a regular customer mainly for blow dry and Hair extensions until a month ago where I had the worst experience ever. I requested a keratin hair treatment and their female hair dresser lied to me and told me a bout a new product that is keratin and ended up to be a relaxer . On top of that she added a glaze to the process and after a while my crown hair was broken into halfs that's getting worse and worse day after day. I spent thousand of dollars to restore the rest of my hair, in addition to the emotional disturbance that I can't get out of it until now. She don't fit the place she still need supervision.
