They cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before scheduled time and then lied to me on the phone saying they have tried to call several times. I always have my phone with me and two days prior they sent me an automated text to confirm appointment. The reason they gave me was that they had "training". Last minute training? I would think if you have training you would know about such a thing before the day of... if so wouldn't they try and accommodate me and get me in later in the day. When they asked me to reschedule it was 2 weeks out from cancellation. I won't be going here ever again as i find this unacceptable.
