Glass Doctor of Western North Carolina

Scheduled a car glass replacement and couldn't get an appointment for 3 business days. Patiently kept my car dry through that time plus the weekend(5 days total) and downpour rain. On the day of my mobile replacement, nobody showed up or called me. I called to see what the hold up was. After being transferred to three people, non of whom even had my correct name on file, I was told some excuse about the glass arriving broke. It seems there was plenty of time to get that reordered or to at least call to let me know. I find that to be a catchall excuse for absolute horrible customer service. It did not even seem too important on their end to fix it. I will be letting everyone I know to do their business with one of the many other options out there.

These folks are on top of the game. Fast service and quality work. Highly recommended. Kept their appointment unlike one of their competitors who cancelled on us twice. Great work.

I had an excellent experience. The gentleman that changed my windshield did an awesome job! Now my car looks ten times better! The replacement Of my windshield didn’t take long. I highly recommend this company!

Very easy to work with! They honored a web coupon via the phone call and did a very quick and prompt service of replacing the windshield. The technician was friendly and even took the time to vacuum up the glass shards from the damaged windshield. Highly recommended local company!!

Easy, quick and efficient. I called, scheduled the repair and the technician came over at the scheduled time and fixed my windshield. All for a very good price.
