Best customer service ever! We were traveling from out of town and a rock hit our windshield so call WCAG that morning because we knew we would be passing through Franklin that afternoon. Once we got to town, we called but they were out on another job. Mitch told us the precise amount of time it would be before they were back so we agreed an waited. Mitch arrived at the shop and instantly started to patch our windshield , once the repair was complete we tried to pay our bill and he commented it was NO Charge because we had to wait. Cannot say enough of the generosity of this company! If you live in this town or are even passing through and need assistance- they are the place to call! Thanks for helping 3 Tennessee gals on the way!

Fair pricing and honest service as compared to the major chains that do shoddy work. The manager even vacuumed my air vents for loose glass and even offered to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on. Highly recommended, honest business. Quality work.
