If I could select a negative number I would have, but 1 is the least I can give this rinky dink excuse for an insurance company. Unfortunately the person who hit my car is insured by these inept individuals. Their customer service stinks. None of them can answer any questions without putting you on hold over and over again. That's of course assuming they answer the phone because they seem to have only one rep and she may be out to lunch. They have no adjusters on staff, so good luck waiting on a third party to call you. Better hope you can drive your smashed car in the meantime. God forbid you get frustrated with their lame answers and raise your voice. They'll get their feelings hurt, take it personal and hang up. Typical for a hapless low rate insurance company out of south florida. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE if you value your money and sanity!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Shady and unfair business practices. Horrible customer service! They don`t know what they are doing. Horrible communication between them and one of their horrible insurance brokers, Morning Star Insurance. I`ve been trying to cancel this policy, and they have been giving me the run around for over 1 month.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER One of their insureds driving an 18 wheeler semi hit me on 3/30/18 while I was sitting at a red light. On 4/2 I called and reported the claim. I’ve been calling and calling leaving message after message. When they do answer they are so freaking RUDE. I got my adjuster on the phone one time, Jennifer Disalva at ext. 154 after a week of calling. I’ve heard absolutely nothing since. I even left a message for a supervisor this morning actually, and no call back. I am lucky my car is driveable but c’mon. This is absolutely ridiculous. There needs to be a no star option for reviews. So freaking annoyed!

this is the most pitiful insurance company on this planet. I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL LIE, STEAL, LIE, AND LIE AGAIN! they will do everything in there power to STEAL your car if you are involved in a accident with them. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE! WILL DRAG OUT A SIMPLE REAR END CASE FOR OVER 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN TRY TO LOW BALL YOU WHEN THEY ARE FORCED TO PAY UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME 1/4 OF THE NORMAL SELLING PRICE OF MY CAR! 1/4 the KBB USED "FAIR CONDITION" PRICE!!!!!! IS THIS LEGAL???????????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! This company is run by FELONS! They honestly tried to steal my possessions by stalling the case for over a year hoping that I die off... WELL SORRY IM ONLY 35! NOY DYING ANY TIME SOON THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are known to break florida insurance laws for there own benefit...
