I was having trouble finding the right insurance coverage I needed. I called around and went to a few other places. It felt as if those other places were not interested in taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for. However, when I went to Wilcox Family Insurance I was happy to get everything I was looking for and then some. Genuine, knowledgeable, and very professional agents at Wilcox Family. Insurance. They truly went the extra mile! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The team at Wilcox Family Insurance was there for me in a pinch! Recently I needed to add a vehicle and driver to my auto insurance policy. Before we could leave the lot with the car, the dealership needed to see proof of insurance for new car with the new driver. I tried calling my insurance carrier directly, but they were no help over the phone. This was on a Friday afternoon, and it looked like I would have to go through the weekend without the car. That's when I called Wilcox Family Insurance, and on a Friday afternoon AFTER working hours, the agents there were able to get the new car and driver added to the policy, and send proof over to the dealership just in time before they closed. Amazing customer service - you can tell they care very deeply for every customer. I recommend Wilcox Family Insurance to absolutely everyone.
