Great Lakes Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Centre

I am not sure about some bad reviews here but my personal experience with Dr. Shuren was very good and would recommend him. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and it was done with very excellent skills. I had a molar removed at another dentist's office but it was very painful and bad swelling too. This time it was barely noticeable and didn't take any pain killers at all.

Dr. Shuren and his team have created the most professional, modern and competent oral surgery center I can imagine. I drive an hour out of my way and across an international boundary to use their services.

Absolutely horrible. I had the worst experience there that I have ever had at a surgery center. Very rude, the surgeon (Dr. Stapleford) came in late, and treated me like I was 5 years old. He talked down to me, and the nurses weren't any better. I felt like I was a 5 year old kid with the way they talked to me. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and completely idiotic with the way they handled things. I was nervous getting 8 teeth pulled, and instead of taking the time to answer my questions and reassuring me, they held me down on the bed and made me feel absolutely horrible. No one deserves to be treated like that. Never, EVER again. I am finding a new surgeon. These people are complete and utter morons. My advice? Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

After three times calling me for reschedule I went there to hear that my appointment was yesterday. Completely unprofessional for dental specialist office. I will not go there. I asked my dentist to find me another place.
