Green Dirt Farm Creamery & Retail Store

This place was so much fun! My dear sister brought us here for lunch and we had some great food. We had a party of three adults and three kiddos. While the inside is pretty small, on a Friday around 2p it wasn’t busy and we had no time finding a table. There were more tables out on the patio, which might have been a better pick considering the children. The inside is also part grocery and has a few shelves that are absolutely packed with products that are way too tempting for the little ones. We shared a meat and cheese plate and a grilled cheese. Both were fantastic! The cheese plate was completely customizable, so you can put together whatever suits your groups needs. The grilled cheese was a great choice for the kids. But this sandwich was anything but ordinary! Adults will love them too because of the incredible quality of ingredients. This place also sells wines and offers tastings. But dry wines only! Nothing sweet.

Cute little place to grab a bite and enjoy the beauty of Missouri. Excellent specialty sandwiches using the sheep's cheese, which is soft like a spread in their twist on a pb&j. They sell some other local stuff and all of it looks good and hand-produced.

Only rating this based on ice cream. It was good but nothing stellar. Lacked variety of flavors. Cute place. Would like to try it again and have the food and wine.
