Green Elephant Vegetarian Bistro & Bar

Great vegetarian food, my 9 year old daughter said they have vegetables that tastes like chicken nuggets. ( For those with kids )( egg rolls recommended by friend 5 or 6 to an order ) stayed hot and all apps had sauces that complimented the food . It was very affordable, 5 apps and 2 beers $55. Very nice interior see them soon big building going up across street. That light of day will be gone building faces West no more sunsets.

I'm not a vegetarian. This food is excellent. Loses a star for a good reason: Like most new, fancy bistros these days, everything on the inside is made of hard materials. Which makes it very LOUD. A screeching child (as was nearby us today) is sort of like an Evil, Mad, Doctor-Scientist with a sonic torture device. My ears still hurt. *Edit* Came back for lunch today. Just excellent food. Kage, the bartender, is very knowledgeable and does great work. Added a star. Many thanks. *Edit* Third time back. The special fiddle head rice bowl was a little sweet for my taste, but obviously really high quality, just like everything else. Sean, our server, was awesome.

Had a wonderful lunch here, packed with flavor. I highly recommend their vegetarian panang curry, which was cooked to perfection. Most of their meals can be ordered to taste on spiciness, from 0 (not very hot) to 4 (very spicy). They also have a wonderful selection of loose leaf tea to complement your meal. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to your needs. The only downside was that this restaurant was very busy when we went and got very loud so that we had to shout to have conversation.

Everything. From the atmosphere to the incredible food was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not just vegan and vegetarian people. You really won't miss having animal protein with the food they serve. Top notch.

I love this place! Everything I have tasted is delicious. Staff is amazing. Restaurant is a must go for anyone in town. The coconut soup is amazing. Thank you for the wonderful meals.
