Greenwood Police Department

Cleaning my truck out and thought husband had keys, well he didn't and by habit I locked it. Last resort of calling Greenwood. Lady was ok on phone. Officer was friendly but seemed annoyed to have to come. I appreciate the quick help! Didn't take but 15 minutes if that after calling for him to come help me for maybe 5 minutes. Quick n easy, but felt as a burden. Tried to make light of it and told him that I hoped his evening was this easy with no response but walking away. I get that their job is stressful but an easy call to a friendly person could call for atleast a smile and yes mam I hope my night is this easy. God love you and peace be with you. Need to make a police report, but when the cop shows up he refuses to do a police report for me which I needed to give to my bank. Worst police department. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars.

Was pulled over on my way to pick my girlfriend up from work and the officer who took my ID for my information never gave it back to me. When I called up to the department to get my license the woman said she couldn't help me. Not only did they search my vehicle to find absolutely nothing, they kept my drivers license and the Officer didn't even turn it in. I don't see why he even had any reason to clip my ID to his lanyard to begin with, let alone take it with him for no damn reason. Only reason they even get a star at all is to be seen
