Greyhound: Bus Station

The station is clean. There was a female customer service representative. She gave me the best possible deal for my trip. I was satisfied with the service, which I received. Upon observation, I saw that the Pasco Greyhound Station is also an Amtrak Station.

THEY LIED! Said I couldn't replace my non-refundable ticket even though I paid WAY extra for that specific option. Greyhound on the whole is not the best of travel lines, but they are still economical, although undependable due to inclement weather, almost year-round. This specific station is in a strange location, far off the beaten path of most other greyhounds I have been to, which are usually in the downtown area.

It's a place to catch the bus or train. Water bottle filler was nice addition.

Be better if they were open longer hours and better hours especially during the night time when you have to get a ticket because I wasn't able to get a ticket for my friend and they wouldn't let him on the bus with the paid confirmation so other than that it's okay if you get your ticket during the day but if you don't you'll kind of be messed around

I love how your worker Anne helped a lady that was upset calm down and get what she needed! Anne is a wonderful person and always cheerful, she makes it so much easier when it comes to traveling. Thank you Anne for being such a sweet person and a hard worker! Love the Pasco Greyhound Station! 💚💙
