Man I wish I could rate no stars. So incredibly displeased. I'm currently sitting on a Northwestern charter bus on my way to Moscow from Spokane. The heaters are broken and it is 39 degrees Fahrenheit. I can actually see my breath. On top of that, my seasonal cold is going to potentially become a more serious issue, as I have been exposed to near-freezing temperatures for almost 2 hours with no sort of warmth. I can barely feel my fingers, yet the driver is seemingly-oblivious to the whole situation. I will certainly be calling the company Monday morning. I would not by any means recommend using this bus service. Not worth my time, nor my $27. I just feel bad for my fellow passengers who have longer on the bus. Once again, I'm fully dissatisfied and very very upset.
